This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard information when you visit our website at https://www.homeclinicmd.com, contact us, request an appointment, or otherwise interact with our business.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through our website, online forms, text messages, telephone calls, and in-person interactions. Certain protected health information may also be governed by our separate HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, when applicable. Nothing in this policy is intended to promise a specific level of legal compliance, encryption, or data security beyond what is described below.

  • Any other information you voluntarily provide to us as a patient or customer.

2. How We Collect Information

  • Telephone calls and text messages you send to us or that you consent to receive from us.
  • In-person interactions at our clinic.
  • Cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies used on our website.
  • Other authorized business systems that support clinic operations.

3. How We Use Information

4. Service Providers

We may share information with trusted service providers that support our operations, including Meevo, website hosting providers, payment processors, email and SMS communications providers, analytics providers, and other vendors that help us deliver our services. These providers are permitted to use information only as necessary to perform services for us.

5. Mobile Information & SMS Privacy

Mobile Information Sharing

H.O.M.E. Clinic does not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared with trusted service providers that assist us in delivering text messages and supporting our business operations, but only as necessary to perform those services. SMS opt-in data and consent are not transferred to any third party for that third party’s independent marketing purposes.

This mobile-information commitment controls over any more general sharing language elsewhere in this Privacy Policy. To the extent any other provision could be read to allow information to be shared with affiliates or marketing partners, mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and SMS consent are expressly excluded from that permission.

Ordinary SMS is not a secure channel and is not appropriate for urgent or emergency medical needs. Please do not send urgent or emergency medical requests by text message. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

See our SMS Terms & Conditions for additional details about our text-messaging program, including opt-in and opt-out instructions.

Actual retention periods vary based on the type of information and applicable law. Specific retention schedules are available on request.
